Established in 2000, Zigong Huaqi Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd.is a hi-tech enterprise stressing both on technical innovation and industry development. With a registered fund of CNY 5 millions and 40mu of lands, Huaqi now is a modern production base in Huaqi science & technology zone, Bancang industrial park, Zigong city, Sichuan province. There are more than 80 employees in Huaqi. Taking "technology-guided, quality-based, service-approaching, pharmaceutical intermediate-rooted, material-reserved" as development idea, we founded technical development center, which houses 20 technicians, thus we enjoy powerful technical force.
As one of biggest specialized manufacturers in the world, we annually produce 40 tons of 5-methylpyrazine-2-carboxylic acid, which is the key intermediate of glipizide (sustained drug of diabetes) and Acipimox (for cardiovascular diseases). At the same time, its production method has reached international standard in terms of quality and performance stability. Upholding such idea of "honest business, good behavior", we have established good cooperative relationships with customers all over the world. Our products are well sold in Southeast, EU and America, etc. Up to now, our products have occupied over 90% of Chinese market and 30% of international markets.
